Le laboratoire d’essais et d’analyses agroalimentaire LCN Environnement et Sécurité Alimentaire a été créé essentiellement pour assurer l’accompagnement technique du secteur agroalimentaire en matière de Contrôle de Qualité et d’analyse des risques

Les activités générales du laboratoire LCN ESA sont :

• 
  Analyses microbiologiques de l’air, eaux, aliments et surfaces, et analyses physico-chimiques des aliments et des eaux
• 
  Mise en place des procédures d’analyse des risques et des points critiques, démarche HACCP
• 
  Elaboration de tableaux de bord pour le suivi des plans d’action
• 
  Audits, formation, accompagnement et conseil en matière d’hygiène.

Spécialisé dans la prévention environnementale et la prévention alimentaire, Laboratoire Charles Nicolle vous présente ses accréditations, engagements et services.
